Our Burrata and other cheeses are produced following the centenary old original Bagnoli Irpino recipe – further developed and mastered over three generations by Franco’s family business.

Burrata is a fresh cheese made from mozzarella and cream. The outer shell is solid mozzarella while the inside contains both mozzarella and cream, giving it a unique soft texture. It is usually served fresh, at room temperature. The name Burrata means "buttery" in Italian.

The products used are 100% natural and all originate from US soil as to guaranty maximum freshness and quality.
